Co Founder / Partner - King America Performance Solutions
I am a founder, operator, and industry advisor focused on modernizing the towing and recovery sector through financial discipline, operational structure, and scalable systems. With more than three decades of experience across banking, entrepreneurship, and consulting, my work sits at the intersection of financial clarity and hands-on execution.
I began my career as the youngest Vice President in the history of First National Bank in Lafayette, Louisiana, where I built a strong foundation in corporate lending, financial structuring, and business analysis. That experience shaped a belief that continues to guide my work: most businesses don’t fail from lack of effort or demand, but from a lack of financial visibility, operational structure, and disciplined decision-making.
I carried that insight into entrepreneurship, acquiring and scaling businesses across transportation, energy services, equipment leasing, and real estate. My operating experience culminated in growing a towing company to more than 80 trucks and nearly 100 employees across five markets, proving that structured execution can materially transform performance in a highly fragmented industry.
Today, I help lead King America Performance Solutions (KAPS), formed through the partnership of my consulting platform and Tow America. KAPS is designed to bring institutional-grade financial intelligence, performance measurement, and operating frameworks to towing companies nationwide. My advisory work focuses on helping operators improve profitability, reduce complexity, and prepare for a future shaped by consolidation, insurance networks, and institutional capital.
I am a regular contributor to Tow Times Magazine, a frequent speaker at industry conferences and Tow Summits, and a facilitator of peer groups centered on performance and accountability. I’ve also served as Past President of the Towing and Recovery Professionals of Louisiana and as a board member of the International Towing and Recovery Hall of Fame and Museum.
I hold an MBA from the University of Mississippi and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. My career combines institutional financial training with real-world operating experience, allowing me to translate complex financial concepts into practical, actionable strategies for towing business owners.
